14-Nov-2008 A cool mint and lime infused nose laced with zingy capsicum and edges of passion fruit. Zesty lime and herbaceous roundness on the palate combines with hallmark Elim passion fruit, well balanced acid and complex minerality that culminates in a crisp finish.
