Sauvignon Blanc 2009

10-Dec-2010 The nose of the wine shows the typical Berrio Combination of flintiness and herbaceousness. On the palate the wine has the crisp freshness of ripe fogs. The minerality of the wine enhances the authentic of the Elim style. The wine has a good length finishing with crisp citrus freshness.
